Ideation Navigation's project management takes you step-by-step through idea validation, patent protection, financing, R&D, prototype development, production, marketing and distribution. This is everything needed to launch a finished, polished product to the market.

With your idea we evaluate if it is feasible, marketable and has a clear distribution channel. If the product checks all of the boxes you will be assigned a project manager. Our team will work with you on the business development and some of our team will work with you on the product manufacturing process.

The team will work on setting up your company, legal contacts and patents, business development, marketing, sales and distribution plans. Financial systems will be established. Manufacturing will work on engineering, design, manufacturing, assembly, packaging and distribution. Your project manager will be with you every step of the way.
